Jake is an underwriter and loan officer with experience financing nonprofit-led real estate development projects. He specializes in analyzing nonprofit financials, including 990s, audits, and grant-funded capital stacks, to assess repayment capacity and organizational health.

Before moving into lending, Jake worked in nonprofit accounting, supporting public charter schools in Washington, D.C. His work is driven by a commitment to community development and mission-aligned lending.

He has an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
