Mishelle's work bridges entrepreneurship, education, and equity—centering immigrant, rural, and historically marginalized communities. With experience across technical assistance, business coaching, curriculum development, and workshop facilitation, she helps entrepreneurs not only launch and grow their businesses—but also reclaim agency, sustainability, and empowerment in the process. Mishelle has a degree in Latin American & Caribbean Studies from the State University of New York (SUNY- New Paltz).
